The MJCA can be used by players of all levels, from Beginners to Advanced. 
The MJCA will help instructors teaching the game. Players have many new to memorize….the MJCA helps guide the group through the passing routine.
 
The MJCA is designed for the novice to the seasoned player and takes the guesswork out of which pass of the Charleston you are making. It reminds you WHEN you have the option to Blind Pass and WHEN you can Stop the passing.
Using the MJCA:
Designate a player (ie. East) to place the pointer of the MJCA on the “Start Right” position. After each Pass is completed by all players, move the MJCA hand clockwise to each slice of the wheel through completion of the Mah Jongg Charleston. The MJCA takes the guesswork out of which Pass you are currently on and reminds each player when during Passing you have the Option to Blind Pass or Stop the Charleston completely.
